I find that when I get a minimum of 64 oz of water I don't feel as hungry and I know my body "runs" more efficiently. AND the more water I drink, the less not-so-healthy liquids I ingest!

When I weigh anything solid on my scale, I use a coffee filter to put the items in. Sitting up, it's a great cup. Turned over and spread out flat, it makes a good flat surface cover too. You get a gazillion of them in one bag and they are inexpensive. And they contain less paper than regular paper towels and napkins! If you empty out the crumbs, you can reuse the filter later to brew your coffee.

Use Bar Soap, it lasts longer than liquid hand soap
I use bar soap instead of liquid hand soap for the bathroom sink. It lasts 4 times as long!
And if you use an all natural bar soap, like with oatmeal, it doubles as a nice face cleanser too. No more buying a new liquid hand soap w/ pump every time you go to the grocery store!
And it doesn't contain Triclosan (like most liquid hand soaps do) which new studies suggest is no longer good for you.
