Secrets of Success

I just asked my husband to put my treadmill in the middle of the living room. Silly? Yes, well every time I plop on the couch, it stares at me until I get my butt up and on it. Then I feel good about watching my favorite shows and have so much more energy when I'm done. emoticon

I would hate having a treadmill in the middle of my living room so much, that it would be an incentive to exercise - just to keep it out! - by VAINVT

I have mine in the sun room where I can enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. I am home most days so it works for me. Your idea is great. Thanks so much for sharing. - by LOVINGKATE
  • I probably need to move mine back in the house, but my house is too small for me to put the treadmill and bicycle in my living room. I know if it were in here, I would use it more. I just need to motivate myself to get out there. emoticon - by DOTTYDO
