LOSE THE SUGAR ADDICTION! For the word "habit" substitute "addiction." When addicted to a bad eating habit, substitute it with a GOOD addiction. When I cut added sugars out of my diet I substituted with FRESH FRUIT at or after each meal. A favorite is a quartered apple with plain cinnamon on it.

Put frozen strawberries in a bowl, and sprinkle with sugar substitute (I use Splenda), mix them them around in bowl until sugar substitute dissolves on strawberries, then lightly drizzle with chocolate syrup..... Delicious and a light snack! 211
I have found some good substitutes for unhealthy snacks. I used flavored teas with sugar substitute, cold broccoli (cooked) with light Italian dressing, canned fruit. These give me the flavor I'm craving without all the fat and extra sugar.
I have stopped eating all simple sugars, I really believe there is an addiction to sugar as well as sugar substitutes so in stopping eating all of this I have no cravings for sugars, sweets even chocolate. 306222262
