Portion Control For Cookies!

Divide cookie dough into cookie sized portions. Quick freeze these in a single layer on a cookie sheet and once frozen, portion into freezer bags. After sealing, write baking directions on each bag. Bags of one or two are great for a quick fix, bags of 6 to 8 are great when you have company!
