When weigh scale numbers are not what I want, when I am tempted to blow my day's calories on food devoid of nutrition, when I feel like giving up while exercising, I think PERSEVERENCE! It's about making the right choices 80 to 90 per cent of the time, and to do that I just need to persevere.
