I find it a little easier to lose weight to set a goal like losing 5 lbs, then I will reward myself, not with food. I'll buy a dvd or cd I wanted. When I lose more I will reward myself with new clothes.208
Rewards keep you going toward your goal.
Try to see how many exercises you can do for a specific body part in ten minutes and track under other exercises. This allows you to keep track of the ones you have done so that you do not get bored or work the same group of muscles two days in a row
This keeps you from feeling like you are not keeping your physical fitness goal for the day.
I eat the same breakfast every day to lower my cholestrol---oatmeal with usually some fruit. I used to put it in the Nutrition tracker every day til I realized I could SAVE SOME TIME & ENERGY by copying it a week ahead on the COPY CUSTOM FOODS above the meal listed [on the Nutrition Tracker] . That little amt. of time INVESTED has SAVED ME TIME and TIME AGAIN [pun intended!]. If I am making a big batch of food, say a SP recipe for chili, I can copy THAT CUSTOM FOOD for Dinner a week ahead ...
...or however many days! These ways of tracking food help KEEP me on the Nutrition Tracker and THAT helps keeps my goal weight maintained!
