Doing my cardio and yoga on the same day works well. I get hot and ready for yoga by doing the cardio first. I alternate days one day I'll do cardio and yoga and the next day I do strength training. It's working well for me.

Variety-I get bored easily so I try to do something different every day
I record a few different types of shows from Fit TV and save the most recent 3 episodes of each. When I'm ready to work out I scroll through what's recorded and choose the one I'm most in the mood for.
I really like the yoga when I'm tired and cardio when I have lots of energy.
Working nights and getting home late, I sometimes find it hard to sleep. I've taken to putting my yoga mat out next to my bed before I go to work. When I get home, instead of sitting on the couch watching TV until I'm tired enough to sleep, I get in a quick yoga session. Stretches me out, relaxes me after a long night, and gets me ready to sleep.
