Doing my cardio and yoga on the same day works well. I get hot and ready for yoga by doing the cardio first. I alternate days one day I'll do cardio and yoga and the next day I do strength training. It's working well for me.

    Yeah, that's what I try to do also, alternate my cardio days with my strength training days emoticon emoticon

    Thanks for the tip. I feel a little lost on days I don't strength train. I was wondering what to do. This will help.
