I forgive myself for the mistakes I have made and will make. I forgive myself for allowing my body to reach this point. I forgive myself instead of giving up on myself. This, strangely, is a novel idea for me.

I often feel like I AM my mistakes, missteps, and other blunders for my health, my brain knows that it is important to separate my true being & essence from my mistakes. When I do remember this separation, I work harder to forgive myself & move on to do something or eat something that is healthy for myself. Putting myself back on track by forgiving myself boosts my confidence & puts my heart & brain in a better place. Plus, eating healthy makes me happy to be "what I eat." 104
