milkshakes - try Hungry Girl's (cookbook) smoothies - WOW starches - try baked sweet potatoes with just a little salt high fat milk - wean yourself off of it by blending one 1/2 gallon with 1/2 gallon 2%, then the next time, straight 2%. When that tastes fine, do the same with 2% and 1%, and so on

If you like to organize and have the time. Start a neighborhood swap once a month. Often there is a clubhouse you can use for the swap if not take turns at each others home. Swap coupons, books, cloths, children s toys, games. It's more fun than a yard sale and keeps your neighbors close.
Invite friends and families if you all agree. You could make it a pot luck and have some games with drawings for added fun.
