I tell myself i don't have to give anything up. It all depends on how to group foods together and portion control. Now, i actually have sort of given things up because they are not worth using up all my fat or carbs for. but i tell myself i can eat them IF i want - i just don't want to anymore.

  • When I go grocery shopping, I am surprised by the kinds of foods I don't buy anymore. Ice cream, chips, soda. I see them in other shopping carts & wonder why people are wasting their nutrition dollars on junk when they could have yogurt, oranges, and lemon water instead.
