I know we all enjoy a nice Starbucks coffee every now and then but they do so much damage. So my little trick to enjoying Starbucks but not giving in to the urge to "make it a Venti" is find yourself a travel mug that you love and is as small as you can find. Keep it with you so that whenever you feel the need for a Starbucks you are still abkle to "portion control" your drink.
I used to be a Starbucks fanatic- seriously every day I would buy a tall white mocha. I bought a coffee grinder for about 17 bucks, inexpensive coffee beans (sometimes Starbucks brand) but from a store other than Starbucks, then buy the International Vanilla creme.
