I add a tbsp or two to almost everything I cook. It doesn't alter the flavor and adds protein, fiber and omega3 fats.

    I mix flax meal with cereal (cold or hot), add it to yogurt, to smoothies, or sprinkle it on ice cream, add some to quinoa when I cook it, among other things. - by STORMY724

  • You can substitute eggs in some recipes by using ground flaxseed made into a paste with some water. - by MALUQUINA
