    This is an excellent secret... I do this to obsession. It drives my husband crazy. Each day I make a list and prioritize it. Sometimes I choose a spontaneous activity to substitute, but most days all important goals are met. One thing I also do is periodically review my long term goals to make sure I'm moving in the correct direction. Thanks for sharing...

    I like to do things in part acts because I can handle a small step at a time. Every big goal is made up of many smaller goals. And those smaller goals are very doable.

    This is a good idea. It would make the long term goal seem to get here quicker by being broken up into pieces. I'm just starting out, and I'm not sure what kind of rewards to give myself. Ideas??
