It is a lie that food is our friend..a lie..food is fuel for our bodies, do not let it tell you anything else. You have the power to reassign its meaning in in your life, it starts today reassign it tell it what it really is fuel!
Will power is over-rated. We all have whats in us to succeed by stopping a chain of events. By placing a 'I have no will power' tag on yourself you now are probably depressed over the lack of decisions youve made due to your 'lack of will power' SCREW WILL POWER. Start to notice chain of events in your life and stop your eating habits before they start.
Example: Im bored so I watch tv. I get in an argument over the show im watching so I get up and walk to the kitchen. Instead of getting water I open the fridge. Now im eating. HAD I STOPPED to say wow I dont need to be in the kitchen then I would have never ate - NOTHING about Will power!
