I have times when I slip, we all do. I ask the Lord to forgive me and give me the strength I need on this journey!! With the Lord on my/our side I/we can not fail! We will have slip ups, we are human. Get right back to eating healthy or exercising! YOU CAN DO IT!!!! Trust the Lord in ALL things!!

I do best when I have a plan in place and when I don't, that's when I messed up the most. If I don't plan my meals and my workouts, I'm setting myself up for failure. All too often, I begin to make traction in my journey, then I get over confident as I start to see success, slip back into my old habits and end up right back where I start.
Instead of giving up, go back to basics. Dust off your plan, recommit and get back at it. For me, planning my meals and exercise ahead of time = success.
Even if I slip up and have a slip, where I eat something I know I shouldn't have, or don't exercise, or don't track, I remember that that doesn't undo all of the good changes I've made. You can always start again, the starting line is the now right in front of me.
