Bad Day Or Week Shouldnt Cause Failure

I had a really stressful week last week, I didnt eat as good as I should have but I didnt eat as bad as I use to. I was still somewhat mindful. I did execise even though it felt like torture. Usually it makes me feel better

However this is a new week a new start, I think it actually cleared my mind to take a little break and refocus. I feel energized and motivated all over again

    I had a bad week too. I ate better than I used to because I was tracking everything. I didn't lose anything and I didn't gain anything! I didn't exercise like I should have. I'm with you here. It's the beginning of a new week. Look at what happened and move on. emoticon
