I had a really stressful week last week, I didnt eat as good as I should have but I didnt eat as bad as I use to. I was still somewhat mindful. I did execise even though it felt like torture. Usually it makes me feel better
However this is a new week a new start, I think it actually cleared my mind to take a little break and refocus. I feel energized and motivated all over again

If you are going to do something, quit telling yourself you cant. You can do anything you want to if you choose to. There are NO impossible dreams, just our perception of what is POSSIBLE....dont accept defeat even on the bad days...dont give up on the bad days....those are the days to learn from and grow....i will not accept defeat and you shouldnt either.
I've gradually realized that I'm more forgiving of my mistakes and more patient with myself. I used to think that if I messed up, I was a failure. Now I realize I'm just human, and I get back on track as soon as I can, drink extra water, eat lots of fibre and go for a walk.
