Try new foods, experiement with spices, discover fresh herbs, or even just change up your usual meal plans. I find I'm a lot more likely to start dreaming about a burger or nachos or something unhealthy if I'm bored with my food.

I think Variety is the key! Mix things up and get a variety of wholesome foods and a variety of exercise. this way you always get good nutrition foods and you dont get bored of exercise. Also dont be afaid to try new things...
