I was like a little child today and stayed outside more than 6 hours working but it was like playing. I love the out doors and when it gets 70 + that is where I will be. I got a lot of vitamin D today . If you have nice weather get outside and enjoy it after being stuck inside all winter. God gave us a beautiful warm day. Learn from Spark people and pass it on.
I plan everything for the week..when I will work out, what I will eat, and more importantly when I will most likely overindulge because of a celebration, a party etc. I exercise extra that day and eat a smaller lunch.
This strategy keeps me from feeling deprived, decreases my chances of getting derailed and allows me to still participate in social events I enjoy.
When we are at home I get outside with my child. I don't think about food while I'm outdoors with her plus I'm getting exercise, getting a healthy dose of Vitamin D, and creating a memory with my daughter. So get outside!
