I like to go outside, and wander around my yard. I often find myself doing little tasks, while I am out and about, such as picking weeds from my garden, or refilling the feeders on my deck. Both involve stretching and bending... and often you do them without realizing it. 41
I love to garden and I have found gardening has played a huge part in reaching my goals. Growing a garden is a lot of physical work and it gets me outside. I really enjoy growing my own salads, I know there are no harmful chemicals involved and taking my basket out to snitch leaves off my lettuce, spinach and chard is a stress free, relaxing, thankful experience. If you don't have enough land for a garden you can use containers on your patio or just set a pot outside anywhere. 436
Winter is a bleak and depressing time for me so I have learned how to grow cherry tomatoes and strawberries in my big sunny windows. Food can be fun and healthy!
I was like a little child today and stayed outside more than 6 hours working but it was like playing. I love the out doors and when it gets 70 + that is where I will be. I got a lot of vitamin D today . If you have nice weather get outside and enjoy it after being stuck inside all winter. God gave us a beautiful warm day. Learn from Spark people and pass it on.
