I take a break at work twice a day and walk for 10 minutes. It's an easy way to get a little extra excercise every day and if I don't have time to do more at least I got 20 minutes in.

I make my special workouts a game with the kids. This way I have to do it and the kids get their workout as well. If I have to do my stand in place marching I get them to go against me. They have no clue I have to count my steps but, the goal is to go longer than me. And at 1 min I stop and they keep going. NOW they have won.

Everyone has to shop and shopping when there's snow on the ground isn't exactly fun! IF you choose to park your car far away from the entrance for mor exercise, imagine the cardio you can get while pushing a fully loaded grocery cart in the ice and snow! It's a great quick workout, especially if you have to go uphill. PLEASE don't slip on the ice! Be careful!
If I repeat 3X to myself, upon going to sleep, "I will wake up in the morning, refreshed and ready to do a quick workout", it "programs" me to do it in the morning!311
