If you work out with a friend (someone who is reliable to go to the gym everyday and make you go) then it is so much easier to lose weight. My boyfriend and I work out every day together and not only does it bring us closer it makes us accountable to someone

Keep more than one workout partner. Whenever possible, use all of them, but when someone can't make it, you still have a partner to work out with so you won't have that as an excuse to not go. It helps all of you to stay motivated to go to have more than one person to answer to if you don't go.
I use my two sisters and my mother as workout buddies.
Find yourself someone to workout with. On day's I don't feel like it I am there because I don't want to let my workout buddy down. Being accountable to someone besides myself helps keep me on track. So get out there and find a workout buddy
