Don't forget that sunshine actually makes Vitamin D for our bodies. Many people are deficient in Vitamin D in The more Northern regions and we do need our daily dose of sunshine so this is a very sound suggestion.

So true! For me it is easy to get lethargic indoors. Once I get my body outside, especially on a bright sunny day, I am motivated to get moving.

Another day outside in the nice sunshine and warm weather. I am a different person outside. Love it and feel great. I don't want to be in Florida too many bugs, spiders and things that can eat me. Like my changes of weather but love the warm times. Everyone enjoy the sunshine and Sunday. Spark people teach us well.
