I stopped drinking diet soda (Pepsi-Dr. Pepper) to see if it helped with my weight loss. I thought it was diet with 0-0-0 so it must be okay.... I have changed my mind and only drink green tea, water, flavored sparkling water, flavored spring water...... and Diet Sierra Mist with a splash of cranberry. It does not seem to slow down my weight loss, it is 0-0-0 and is yummi wonderful!
A great way to add flavor to water is to throw a tea bag into your water bottle. It adds just a hint of flavor. Fruit flavors like peach or raspberry taste great. I always drink more water when I use this trick! It's also a great way to use up flavored tea that you may not like served hot.
I really like the flavor of this tea -- it's good hot or cold, and is a great way for me to get some extra glasses of water in. It has a nice, strong, flavor -- a little bit tart, a little bit naturally sweet.
Sometimes I just put a bag in my bottle of cold water -- that's enough to flavor the water enough to help me drink it!
