to know I'm helping MY TEAM, I signed up for the challenge of getting 7 hrs. sleep each night. I don't know WHY,maybe it's sticking in my head or helping my team, but IT"S WORKING! I AM starting to go to bed earlier,little by little.Now, my hubby says--how to get ME OFF the COMPUTER.....

    I'm sure you ment a night and this is where I struggle too.. I get up early because I want to have some ME time and stay up til 10pm because I want to spend that time with my son. I know it just a very short time he will be at his girlfriends or working after dinner and OUR time will be cut short so I don't want to miss it now. - by RONIE11
