  • Im horrible at this because I am out the door by 520 every morning. I need to fit into my schedule on Sundays to boil eggs and refrigerate them. Baby steps! Just started taking my lunch in and avoiding restaurants where I cannot be mindful of what I am eating! - by BMCREED
  • Studies show that consuming protein within one hour of waking sets up your metabolism for the day. Since I exercise in the morning, a popular choice for me is a protein shake with 4oz juice and 4oz water. Egg Whites are also good and digested easily - but throw away the yolks!
