Go Get That Ice Cream... Just Don'T Bring It Home.

Sometimes you just plain want ice cream (or candy or cake or pie) and you want it bad. My suggestion is to go to the ice cream shop and get a dip or to the bakery and get one piece of cake. Buy one serving, eat it and be done with it. If I buy a carton or make a cake I end of eating all of it.

Say No once at the Grocery Store to avoid having to say No at home
If you don't buy it at the grocery store, you don't have to worry about saying no at home. I know at this point in my journey I just can't handle the temptations, so I'm not bringing it in the house. If I do want a treat I have to go buy just one...i.e. an ice cream cone from McDonalds, but I won't bring a whole carton in the house.
Breyer's Ice Cream has come out with a new 90 calorie, low carb, and high fiber ice cream! 4g of fiber to every serving, which, by the way, is 1/2 cup. So, if you like ice cream like I do, but don't want to feel bad about eating it, pick up the Breyer's Low Carb Ice Cream! (May not be available everywhere, but is definitely sold in most Publix stores in the south.)
