That's it...From today forward, I will not sit at the computer to check email or catch up on Sparkpeople until my exercise is behind me. How many times have you gotten carried away at the computer only to find there is not time for exercise before work? Not anymore for me!!!

I am keeping a log of the days I exercise. my goal is to reach 100 exercises, Because It has been said that anything that is done a hundred times Is considered a habit and I want exercise to be a habit for me. After I have reached my goal, I will start over again until I reach my 2nd set of 100 exercises until I reach my goal weight
