For various reasons during the past year I have taken breaks from exercise. I find that after taking some time off, I come back feeling stronger and more motivated.
If you are feeling tired all the time, you aren't progressing in your workouts, you aren't having good workouts, or you just feel blah about working out, take some time off. You are probably suffering from burnout and your body needs time to recover.
