Once a week ( for me, usually on Sunday) I prepare foods for the week. I can measure and weigh a weeks worth and put them in individual packets. This keeps me from deceiving myself on size.
I even make up one person servings for dinner since I eat alone. emoticon

    I am so glad to know i am not there only one to do this...lol i do this every monday morning. It is really helping me with my portion control
