Sneaking More Protein In!

I have trouble making it to my protein count. I'm usually one or two points short.

So I add shredded coconut to a piece of peanut-butter toast. It might sound odd, but it adds a little sweetness and flavor to the snack without adding a lot of extra calories!

    Peanut butter is a quick fix for me, too...when I get empty and need a pick-me-up.

I haven't tried coconut on my peanut butter, yet...I may try that next time. emoticon

    Yum! Sounds very yummy! I love coconut. Maybe drizzle a little sf chocolate syrup on top and it's a sweet treat that's healthier for you! Yum!
