Streaking works, and I don't mean like streaking of the 70s! I noticed my logon streak was only 6 days. I now have a 40 day streak of logging on, 10 minute exercise, and fresh produce daily. Magically those last stubborn 5 lbs, I've hung on to for 2 years are leaving!
Hah! Get your mind out of the gutter! What I mean is commit to have an exercise streak by exercising 10 min. a day for a 7 day streak (or whatever you're comfortable with). Or a 14 day streak of drinking 8 glasses of water per day. Or a 30-day streak of logging your food. C'mon, lets STREAK!!
