Don'T Try To Find Time - Just Do It



I never "find" time to exercise - I just exercise and then somehow the time comes to fit in all the other things.

  • Yep...that's what I have to do....I get out of bed early, walk the three blocks to the gym, and work out before I have a chance to wake up and think about it!

    I'm not an early morning person! My time is my lunch hour. Honestly, it doesn't take an hour to eat my lunch! I take the majority of that time and hit the sidewalk and get in 2-2.5 miles as many days as I can, weather cooperating. On inclement days, I'm fortunate to have a BIG building to walk in - 8 laps around our front foyer = 1 mile! - by TERID816

    I hate when people say they don't have time to exercise...everyone has 10, 15, 20, 30 min SOMEWHERE in their day...maybe they spend it sleeping...but it is there. Maybe you'll have to wake up an hour earlier to go to the gym BEFORE work instead of sleeping up until the very last second. Perhaps you only get 10 minutes to check your email before bed instead of the usual 45 because you exercised for 30 min.
