Setting goals that you can acheive, don't try to master other ideals you know what your body is capable of stay in your area but try to improve each time you go out whether it walking or jogging or picking up weights, keep a log or journal of how you did, at first dont time your self, when walking, jogging, after you have done it a while, time your self to watch your improvements, doing this my diabeties, and high blood pressure or under control, starting small has rewarded me to a stronger life
