I just don't eat well, exercise or even have a very positive attitude if I don't get enough sleep. I force myself to get into bed by nine so i can read (Currently working on The Spark)

getting enough sleep the night before,6 to 8 hrs, i know there may not be a chance later to get a nap in.
MORE INFORMATION:
when I get 4 or 5 hrs i get and walk the house, get a drink of water or milk, let others know you want some time during the day to nap, take that np when the kids take theirs, when others take their naps as well (grandparents, parents)
