I'll only have one! I'll just check my e-mails...I'll just watch one show! I'll just buy one pair, but 2 shoe boxes later...(okay 3)! Exercise is the same way for me...if I say " just 15 minutes"... I always complete my goal time of an hour! Now if I can just conquer this shoe thing!!!
Whenever a season of Biggest Loser starts I break out my stepper. While watching it I'll step up and down. As the trainers start kicking butt I find myself picking up the pace! During commercials I'll stop and do push ups off the step and squats. It's motivating to me AND I'll get 1-2hrs of awsome cardio while watching my favorite show ;)
At the beginning of the week, I record all of the shows that I think I'll want to watch that week. If any pop up, I'll record them the day of. If I already have it on record, AND the possibility of missing commercials, I can't use a new episode of House or Southpark as an excuse not to go to the gym
