I wake up before him and get the coffee brewing. Spending that 1-2hours with him while he prepares for work is precious. Doing early morning chores together sets the mood for the whole day. He leaves for work with a happy heart and looks forward to meeting me for a swim when he's done with work.

I get up every morning at 4 am and bring my husband a cup of coffee while he is getting ready to start his day. then I feed and love on my cat and dog. I feel like this is blessing them all which starts my day off in a positive way. 247
Lost 5 lbs in a week!!My husband and I decided that heavy meals for dinner were a big issue with our weight gain/loss. We decided to start eating fruits for dinner, and a more balanced lunch to keep energy levels up throughout the day. Not only do we enjoy this new lifestyle, but so do our kids. Things may change once school starts again, but for now, the meal plan change and exercise have helped me tremendously.
I do 3 days of cardio a week, and 3 days of strength training. I have recently separated from the Army, and I want to make my new lifestyle even better than the old. I even get enough sleep now!!!224
