Ask for a magazine about nutrition at your library
Ask your local branch to carry a good nutrition magazine, like Cooking Light. We are going to get that magazine at my branch because I asked for it. A small victory for health! Or maybe you prefer to ask for a fitness magazine - whatever it is, Ask! You may help others, too.
Keeping health and exercise magazines around the house helps keep me motivated and on track. In the past few years I found myself browsing the computer, reading cookbooks and becoming more sedentary. I recently subscribed to several fitness magazines and found that just having them laying around my house in different places were gentle reminders. Now I am reading more healthy articles and less dessert recipes.
