Healthy eating can seem boring but it doesn't have to be! Thanks to SP, I'm trying new recipes several times a week--learning to use different spices, enjoying different flavors, etc. It keeps it interesting and with all the recipes here, it's EASY, too!!

Have you gotten into a rut with your food? Bored of the same things? When you do your weekly shop be determined to take one new food/spice/ sauce home to try out. Scan SP recipes one a fortnight at least to try a new meal. Variety is the spice of life and by trying new foods you look forward to your meals and enjoy them more!4
As you figure out good foods to eat, try different combinations so that you don't get bored with eating the same old stuff. Try new foods, try new seasonings and combine different foods together. Have some adventurous eating!
This is the most basic idea in the world, but it's taken me 30 years to figure it out myself. Try new foods. Try new workouts. Try new teams. Find out what makes you happy (health wise)and will stick with. Keep trying to find answers and you will be rewarded for your efforts. 104
