Tracking Food Helps Binge Control




I'm always in danger of binge eating, out of control then depressed. I've noticed that I can contol and stop a binge by food tracking during the binge. I have done this the last 3 times I started bingeing and it worked. I stayed on track by tracking! Try it.

  • For the past two weeks I have been binge eating on desserts. Pecan Pie, Chocolate Cake, Lemon Cake, and Banana Bread. I have eaten once of these desserts everyday. When I began my new lifestyle of eating, I told myself that I would only eat these treats on special occasions, but now that has changed. I need to get back on the saddle and eat healthy again.
