As much as we'd like it to go quickly, weight loss is a long term process. Never give up.

MORE INFORMATION:
No matter what you're doing, if you are committed for the long term, you will lose weight. If something isn't working then you should change it up. Set small goals, achieve them and build on your success. Accept setbacks and move on. But most importantly, hang in there and stay committed.

    this is so true! Too often I find myself frustrated that I am stuck at a certain weight or no loss at all .. but really I need to focus on other things ... how my clothes fit, how I am not going to the gym and being more active, how I can make positive long term choices ... it all combined I will accomplish this weight battle forever ... even it it takes me forever! :)

    I agree completely! I weigh-in every Monday and reflect on what I did right, what mistakes I made and then just let it go and strive to do better in the week ahead. We are only human, not machines. If losing wieght was easy, everyone would be lean and fit.
