I have a 70 oz. water bottle I bought at the Dollar Tree. I love it! I fill that up in the morning and drink it whenever I can. I keep it right by me, that way when I drank that I know I've drank 70 full ounces, sometimes I'll have something else besides that like light lemonade!

I drink water before I put something in my mouth, cause it is said you are not hungry you are thirsty.... it helps me

I'm drinking 12 glasses a day now. Half with Crystal Light Peach Iced tea and the other just water with sliced cucumber. Its really good! Learned that trick from a Spa.

Funny you should say that because I do the same thing ! Water ROCKS and if helps feel you up. Of course I like the Crystal Light Peach Mango in my water !

I do this too. I log 8 glasses of water in the morning and then carry my water bottle around all day and drink several cups of green or herbal tea during the day plus water with meals. I know I am getting at least 8 cups of water, probably more.

I have discovered that drinking plenty of water and tracking water consumption on sparkpeople helps me not to snack mindlessly.
I drive an hour to and from work everyday. I have my coffee when I first wake up, but on my commute, I drink a water bottle full of water (20 oz.) This jump-starts my water consumption everyday-it makes it easier to hit my goal of water for the day.
In the morning, I fill a 32oz container with water and ice. Once I've finished it, I can have my iced tea. I only drink water with dinner, so by just tracking the first half of my water consumption, I almost guarantee I get my 8 glasses.
