I tend to not carry any cash with me, I find when I have that $5 or $10 in my pocket everything seems easy to purchase. If I don't carry the cash I won't spend it. I find it stops me from going to vending machines as well
I try hard not to have cash in my purse. I find it much easier at the office when co-workers are ordering carry out Chinese, pizza, etc. to decline because I don't have any cash. I operate solely with my debit card to stay both on my weight loss as well as financial goals.
