Invest in some kids cones - they are TINY only about 5 calories per cone. You can only fit about 1 -2 tbls of ice cream, which is about 1/4 of a normal serving. You can have two of these "cones" be completely satisfied and have had under 200 calories! Depending on your ice cream - under 100!

Breyer's Ice Cream has come out with a new 90 calorie, low carb, and high fiber ice cream! 4g of fiber to every serving, which, by the way, is 1/2 cup. So, if you like ice cream like I do, but don't want to feel bad about eating it, pick up the Breyer's Low Carb Ice Cream! (May not be available everywhere, but is definitely sold in most Publix stores in the south.)
