I exercise within an hour of waking up.

I do this so I get energized for the day and if anything else comes up, I don't have to be concerned that it's not done.

    I have to do it early or else the rest of life will prevent it from being done.

Besides if I do it when I first wake up, my brain won't come up with a bunch of reasons not to.

    Keep up the good work, this is a good idea. It seems impossible to fit in during the day because of my work schedule,this just might work for me, thank you. emoticon

    I try to do this daily. Sometimes I get distracted but I'll exercise within two hours of waking up at the longest.
