I keep a set of light weight free weights by my computer. Then when I'm waiting on a download or for the computer to boot up I do a few arm workouts with them. I can work in quite a few sets!

I'm a busy, busy person that has to stick to a plan to fit in exercise. Even then, I sometimes find that I have to be creative it fit it in. Two of my favorite ways to do that are to take the stairs at work and to walk during my lunch hour. That way, even if I don't get my full 60 minutes in after work, I can feel like I've done something to burn some calories. It CAN be done!
When you find yourself too busy in the evenings to fit in a workout. Try to commute to work in a different manner or get in early. I now bike to work and walk to lunch to fit in exercise I normally would have to go without during busy weeks at the office.
