Substitute For Noodles

When I'm in the mood for something on the noodle side but don't want to use pasta, I substitute broccoli slaw. It comes already shredded and adding my favorite veggies to the this along with protien & sauce I have a wonderful dish. The slaw gives me the feel and texture of noodles.

  • I just it with my favorite vegetables add the slaw last to cook it slightly to keep it crisp. I add about 2 tbsp of V8 juice to create a sauce. You can anything you like. I love it with chicken or fish. - by WESCOBAR

    Try using spaghetti squash too...it's easy and tastes just like spaghetti when you put a marinara sauce on it. - by DOREEN1562
