I buy a lot fresh veggies when I go grocery shopping. They make great quick healthy snacks. And when I'm craving an easy healthy meal, I toss 'em in a fry pan with some olive oil and make an easy stir-fry.
Stir-fried veggies go great over ramen noodles, I leave out the seasoning packet because all the sodium.
I have Stir Fry veggies at least 3-4 times a week for my main meal, usually dinner. I always make extra and the next day I put a cup of leftover stir fry in a whole wheat wrap, add 2 oz of cooked chicken, baked fish, salmon or tuna. Nice and moist and yummy! P.S. I have lost 135lb so it must be working.
