my go to snack foods when I get hungry (especially at night)
I try water first, wait twenty minutes, do something different, and then if I am still hungry I grab dense calorie foods like almonds, sunflowers and craisens to eat. I use the STOP program , I Select, Taste, Observe, Pause while eating. This way I can really enjoy my portion. Like always I stay faithful to staying within my calorie limit. 227

Two months ago I had a sleep walking "adventure" that has become a health challenge to overcome. I am still faithful to my nutrition program everyday! Physical Therapy is starting soon, and I will see that AS MY EXERCISE~ YEAH! Also speech therapy~as a result of head trauma. Being positive is GREAT!
My day always begins with a 32 oz glass of water, 2-3 cups of mild coffee, fresh veggies, and a protein drink. Currently equipment used are hand rails going up and down our two sets of stairs carefully~many times a day. Being very cautions since I have severe neurological damage. I Will Win!!! Yes!!!
Well I guess for me it's giving back to the one who owns all. I do this by giving ten percent to my church ...which is giving back to God what he has blessed me with. Then I save ten percent for myself in an emergency fund. Sometimes that ten% can be small . When my pay is larger so is my tithe. He is always Faithful.306
