I can guarantee myself some progress on the scale numbers if I drink FRESH, RAW green vegetable juice. It shakes up the metabolism, flushes out the toxins, and provides loads of vitamins and minerals so my body knows it's not starving. It only takes one day (or even one meal) of juice feasting.
Use any combination of vegetables (except cabbage). You can add lemon or ginger for flavor. If you hate veggies, plug your nose. You are going to love the results! You will need a juicer or a high speed blender and a nut milk bag to strain. Try to drink at least 4 quarts (or more!) in a day.
