I view my Goals as a JOURNEY, with hills and valleys as I travel my road to Health and Fitness. This helps me with the ups and downs in my life. By changing my attitude, I have given myself the vision to ENJOY the process. I am NOT in a hurry. And, I no longer focus on the END; I AM FOCUSED on the process.
Remember where the MIND goes the BODY follows. We have the power to make this a Positive Experience. It is OUR CHOICE.
