Do A Quick Set Of Exercises Before You Eat Anything

Before I let myself eat anything, meal or snack, I make myself do 12-15 reps of some exercise (situps, bicep curls, etc.). It helps me stop grazing by giving me a few seconds to think if I really want the food, and burns a few extra calories even if I do!

I've found breaking my fitness into 5-10 minute mini sessions of exercise makes it more doable during the day. Everyone has 5 minutes here and there that they aren't doing anything. During those moments do a quick set of 3 different exercises. Something like this 25 wall pushups, 25 squats and 25 jumping jacks. You've worked 3 different muscle groups and gotten in a quick burst of cardio 104
I've always had issues with the lower abs...the Iron Gym works great! All you need is a doorway (Perfect Pullup w/ab straps works, too). Attach the straps to the Iron Gym, and do however many sets you want of knee raises. I do sets of 12...between 3-5 sets straight up, followed by twisted sets, which works the obliques. It's a quick exercise that can be done whenever you have a few minutes!
