I'm learning that ALL activity is/can be exercise! You don't just have to go to the gym for 90 minutes to get fit! I play my Wii, take short walks at lunch, whip out the stretch band for a quick toning during commercials. This makes it fun and easy. 5, 10, or 90 minutes, it still counts!!
